2026-2027 FinalForms Registration is Open!

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Please register HERE.
All students who plan to participate in volutnary summer sessions MUST be registered for that sport for the upcoming school year (Fall, Winter, Spring). Once they are approved for that season they will also be considered approved for the summer program as well.
If you have previously registered within FinalForms you will see a big blue button on your homepage asking you to switch to the 2026-27 Registration once you login.
