We will be having our end of the season pot luck for the team and your families on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in the LHS cafeteria.  Please come with a meal, dessert, or snack to share and enjoy some fun time to celebrate the end of the season!  See you then!

There is no practice tonight , Monday 10/26.

Cheerleading practice will be from 4:45pm to 6:00pm tonight in the LHS gym.

Lifetouch will be at the school taking our team and individual pictures on Friday, October 23 at 3:00pm.  You will need to be ready in full uniform with your hair done.  I will have picture envelopes for you at practice.

On Wednesday, August 26,  cheerleading practice will begin IN THE WEIGHT ROOM at LHS at 4:30pm.  We will be in the weight room with trainer Marty Martins from 4:30pm to 5:45pm and will then continue to practice from 5:45pm to 6:30pm.  Please be on time! 

We will be practicing in the LHS gym tonight.  Please meet in the lobby by the office at 4:45pm.  We will first go to the computer lab to complete our Life of the Athlete surveys and will then move to the gym.

This is going to be a hot week and our practices are outside.  Please remember to bring water!! 

Practices will begin Wednesday, August 12 from 4:45pm to 6:30pm.  We will meet outside LHS at the picnic tables.  Please come prepared with a valid physical and co-curricular form.  Hair should be off the face, no jewelry, and please wear sneakers.  No baggy clothing as we will be stunting.

We will be helping out at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event at Storrs Pond in Hanover, NH on Sunday, October 4, 2015.  The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a non-competitive walk-a-thon to raise money and awareness in the fight against breast cancer. Funds from this event support local breast cancer research and provide support for patients.  This year marks the FIRST “Making Strides…” event in the Upper Valley.  We will be stationed at sign up and along the walking route to cheer on participants.  The schedule of events is as follows.

We will meet at 8:30am at Storrs Pond.  At 8:45 we will begin helping at registration.  The opening ceremony will be at 10:00am.   We will be spreading out along the walking route to cheer on participants.  The walk begins at 10:30.  The event is expected to go no later than 12:30pm.  Please come in full uniform.  This is a great opportunity to serve our community!
