Hi Ladies!
Please pass this along to new players and younger siblings. Getting a few of you involved in this during the winter could be a game changer for our season. Remember, we spend much of preseason remembering stick skills, this is a chance to get a head start on that so that we can be more competitive. FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE, JUST ASK, DON'T BE SHY!!!
EMPOWER LACROSSE WINTER BALL DETAILS
Geared to the High School player, these practices will focus on individual skills, small games and scrimmage situations. It is a high-school level of play. However, Empower will allow strong, highly skilled 7th or 8th grade players to participate with a confirmation from the Head Coach to make sure it is a good fit.
We will divide the group into two skill groups, similar to a JV and Varsity set-up.
The Winter 2018 session will take place at The Kimball Union Academy field house in Meriden, NH. The Barn, their indoor facility, is a state-of-the-art 50 x 80 yard turf practice field.

Lacrosse is ON for tonight July 25
Updated on 06/10/2022 | Sara Ecker
Hello All
Lacrosse is ON for tonight at 5. We will NOT have it on Thursday though, I am headed out of town early Friday morning and Sarah has another obligation.
I know I haven't been there at all and I wanted to let you know that it is just because my summer is crazy. I am taking two classes for my Master's degree which are super time consuming, trying to work at my full time job and getting my kids to and from their various camps. It is fairly chaotic. I am leaving Friday for a week for school which is also adding to my mayhem. I hate being too busy to get to you ladies but I know you are in superbly capable hands with Scram.

I am cancelling lacrosse tonight due to the weather. You can still do your stick work if the rain and thunder and lightning stop. Or at least cradle in the mirror. :)
