One last attempt to get at least one Lebanon High girl signed up!

I just looked at the 40 or so names signed up for this and only one is from Lebanon (an 8th grader).   There is financial aid available and the time commitment is minimal. PLEASE consider it, it is right in our backyard and a great chance to improve your basic skills.

SEVEN GREAT REASONS TO REGISTER FOR THE EMPOWER FALL SERIES NOW!

•                First, Early Bird pricing ends Thursday night, 8.31.17, at 11:59 PM.  We have excellent financial aid, and GK are free (except for the tournaments).

•                Second, Whit Willocks will be our Head Coach and Lacrosse Director this fall.  Whit and her family have moved back to the Upper Valley, and she looks forward to expanding her leadership role with Empower.

•                Third, we will play at Hanover High School.

•                Fourth, Cindy Pierce, our “Amplify the Healthy Voices” Speaker, always provides excellent and specific steps for each player to strengthen her version of leadership.

•                Fifth, Amy Patton will guest coach on September 17.

•                Sixth, if you are a high school player, so far this group has the most players registered!

•                And lucky # Seven, we LOVE the 7v7 season!  We will play in 7v7 tournaments on Oct. 22 and Oct. 29.  (Separate registration.)

This is an incredibly exciting time for Empower, and our coaches for the fall are excellent. Whit will be joined by Christine Anneberg and Kelsey Redpath.  We also welcome Hannah Lyons, HHS and Colorado College middie, to our coaching team. Please see more on our coaching staff at http://empowerlacrosseclub.com/coaching-staff/.

Please excuse redundant e-mails.

Come play with us!

super relaxed fun Fall Lacrosse opportunity

Ladies,

Check this out!  7v7 is so much fun and the time commitment is limited. Please consider it.  This a relaxed program that is NOT pushing college recruitment. It is purely for skill development and fun!!

Empower is planning  2 7v7 tournaments: UNH and Portsmouth Fall Fling.   We LOVE the 7v7 season!

Lacrosse is ON for tonight July 25

Hello All

Lacrosse is ON for tonight at 5.  We will NOT have it on Thursday though, I am headed out of town early Friday morning and Sarah has another obligation.

I know I haven't been there at all and I wanted to let you know that it is just because my summer is crazy. I am taking two classes for my Master's degree which are super time consuming, trying to work at my full time job and getting my kids to and from their various camps. It is fairly chaotic. I am leaving Friday for a week for school which is also adding to my mayhem. I hate being too busy to get to you ladies but I know you are in superbly capable hands with Scram.

Is anyone interested in playing with Hartford on Friday night in West Hartford (a bit of a drive) from 5-6? I will not be around but the Hartford coach asked so I wanted to throw it out there.

cancelling lacrosse July 20

I am cancelling lacrosse tonight due to the weather. You can still do your stick work if the rain and thunder and lightning stop.  Or at least cradle in the mirror. :)
