Tonight's game has been canceled. We are scheduled for practice tomorrow from 5:30-7:30 depending on weather. I will send out a notice tomorrow regarding practice. Drive safe tonight!

Tryouts for Winter Cheer will begin on Monday, November 28 at the SAU Building Gym on Seminary Hill.
The tryout week schedule is:
Practices:
Monday 11/28- 5:00-7:00pm
Tuesday 11/29- 5:30-7:30pm
Wednesday 11/30- 5:00-7:00pm
Thursday 12/1- 5:30-7:30
Tryouts:
Friday 12/2- 5:30-7:00
The final team roster will be posted on this website on Saturday, December 3.

| The preseason parent and team organizational meeting has been moved to Nov 15 at 6 pm in the gym. | |||||||||||
| .We have the opportunity to have a guest speaker John Kesty for the first 30-40 min. All indications are that | |||||||||||
| he has a very powerful message to share with our athletes regarding the dangers of substance use in athletics. | |||||||||||
| Although this is not necessarily the way we would like to begin our seasons, it is the only time we will gather as an entire group. | |||||||||||
| We will then follow up with adjournment by sport to assigned classrooms. | |||||||||||

| A copy of physical examination is required before participation in athletic activities is permitted. | |||||||||||
| Any ninth grade student or transfer student involved in athletics will be required to have a physical form, | |||||||||||
| not more than a year old, completed by a physician prior to starting practice. | |||||||||||
| Physicals are required every two years thereafter for all athletes. | |||||||||||
